I&#039;ve only one babe and he&#039;s 3...and I&#039;m just now getting around to being back in shape.  I didn&#039;t lose any weight until AFTER I stopped breast feeding (at age 2).  I think the cardio barre or pure barre is probably going to be perfect for you.  Give yourself a little grace mama, you have 3 kiddos!  And you practically just popped the last one out!

		<description>HI Christine!!! At our age (yes, you are younger than me) and after having babies I think it&#039;s imperative to work hard on exercise and diet. For me, with a decent diet, running is the only quick fat burner for me. And I do boot camp consistently and hard, but running always burns my fat quicker than anything else. Again, that works for ME. I completely believe that everyone different things work for different people and their bodies. That said, you need to find that one thing that you *somewhat* enjoy (bc you&#039;ll stick to it) and that you know will melt the baby cushion away. Albeit it diet, cycling, yoga, pilates, barre class, running, P90x, Insanity, Tracy Anderson method (oh, I do swear by these too), walking..... Good luck, and give yourself some slack....you&#039;re ONLY 12 weeks out!</description>

		<description>I still get asked when I&#039;m due. I can&#039;t even HAVE another child. But after having both babes and multiple surgeries, my middle is not looking so little. It&#039;s no longer a muffin top, it&#039;s a full-fledged loaf. I have a lot of work to do, myself, and my baby is not a baby anymore. I&#039;d like to say it&#039;s my badge of honor, but really, it started before kids came along, so I can&#039;t use them as an excuse. I need to have more will-power, and stop being so darn clumsy and getting injured all the time! ;)

The work part is hard...but the end result will be worth it, and a reward in itself! Keep up the hard work, and laugh off the comments. Be yourself, and be true to yourself.</description>

		<description>Breastfeeding does not work for everyone, at least not me.  I don&#039;t run.  I am pretty sure I have to diet, but cutting calories is not possible while breastfeeding.  

I know people have success with Weight Watchers, and I will try it when I am done nursing.  There is an online option that I want to try.

My neighbor across the street is doing the PINK diet, also from Dr. Oz, and she looks great.

		<description>This mama learned patience.  I think it&#039;s just time.  The second one was WAY harder than the first one...so I can only imagine that the third would be even harder.  I`n fact...I&#039;m still not into the pants that I was wearing when I was THREE MONTHS with the second one.  But...I am patient...and I am slowly seeing results.  So have patience!  PS: I&#039;m actually and training for a marathon...aka running....and it&#039;s going any faster...so don&#039;t you worry about that!</description>
